What You Can Tell Us About

You are welcome to contact us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Antechimagingservice Tree Service
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

When the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If you have a problem with tree work at your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

Please still tell us. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and a provider who keeps falling short may be removed. Know that Antechimagingservice Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

How to Send Your Complaint

Email contact@antechimagingservice.skin and include:

  • Your name and the preferred way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Send It

We will confirm by email that we received your complaint, usually within a few business days. Then we look into what happened. That may include getting in touch with the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Unhappy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. If the issue involves a licensed contractor, your state or local licensing office may be able to help as well.
